Hi, @SunsetRunner , no! It means that the Surge is (or thinks it is) operating outside its environomental comfort zones -- most likely too hot -- but probably also too cold or too damp. If you think you are using the Surge in a normal way and you are getting this warning, I would suggest a restart . If it continues after a restart, repeat the procedure two or three times. After that, if you are still getting this warning and you are using your Surge normally, it will be time to get in touch with Customer Support .
