Is there any dimensional difference between a small and large Surge watch face? Or is the difference between the two merely the length of the watch bands?

It's just the length of the bands. Both small and large bands will fit the same Surge.

Thanks so much for the quick answer! What is so confusing to many of us is seeing the small Surge advertised for $159 and the large for $239 in the same ad. The band just costs $14. Why not buy the small and a large band and "save" some $50 in the process?
