Water logging bug

It appears that frequently when I log water in the iOS app, it does not write correctly. I'll enter 20 ounces – and it will still show a tally of zero. When I delete that entry, if then shows a -20 value. This is going on for some weeks now – this is a known defect?

Agreed, I have this issue as well. However, I do not delete the entered amount. I do 3-4 Liters a day, every single day. After I log intake and I note no change in amount I back out to the main dashboard and let it sync. It'll eventually catch up. Why it does this, I have no idea. I figured an update to the IOS app would solve it. Well it has not. I use an iphone 6 always on the updated firmware.
