I'm a 70 year old who loves to workout. I'm waiting (sometime today) for my new Stationary Bicycle to arrive. Can someone please tell me which of the settings I should utilize on my (Surge) for that type of exercise; I see it has a setting for "Spinning" but that's not quite what I'll be doing. I, also, see that one of the settings is for "Workout" but I just wanted to be sure as I count on my Fit-Bit to keep track of everything. Thank You for your help...
