Why is my surge taking forever to sync

Whenever we encounter a syncing problem through a mobile device, there are some things that we need to check to get back on track, like if your Phone's software is updated and Bluetooth is enabled. If either of them are pending, update it and attempt syncing.

 

If this is still not working, I recommend to try the following:

  1. Attempt syncing from your computer, first clearing your cookies and Cache on your browser. Here is how to do it.
  2. Update the Fitbit App through iOS and Android
  3. Restart your tracker, you can check how it is done here.
  4. Update your tracker
