I did not wear my for not surge for a few days. It went dead and now won't turn on.

Sorry about the issues your Fitbit is having to connect, please check that both phone and Fitbit App are up to date. Restart your Surge a couple of times follow these steps to troubleshoot the syncing issue. Do you have any other mobile device or maybe a PC to try to connect your Fitbit?
