Wrong time

I'm living in Europe now, and I can't change the time... I've tried to change the timezone and sync, but it's not working... What can I do to change it?

Hi @Dougrg welcome to the Community! Have you tried to set it up your tracker as a new device? if not yet, please follow the instructions on this post to do so.
