after a half year no sync with android marshmallow

After a half year of syncing the fitbit surge with my Android it's no longer possible syncing..i tried reboot the smartphone, reboot the surge. Then I removed the surge from the app. The reconnect starts with "we found your Surge" then there come "it doesn't work" - check if other trackers are near the smartphone, check if surge is on.. try it again..

More than a day no chance to sync - very sad. The tips in the forums i tried and now is the question: Sell the Surge oder find a solution!

@Roldor Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's odd that your Surge has stopped syncing suddenly. It seems that you have tried all the troubleshooting steps accordingly without success. In this case, I recommend contacting us Customer support so they can investigate further and get you back on track.

I use a Fitbit Surge, I use Marshmellow (Nexus 5). Syncing works perfect.

 

Reset your phone, surge, then reinstall.

Hello,
also reset was without success. Changed now device. Also on the other
phone: "tracker not found" . Tried with all Bluetooth - settings. Something
seems to be strange.. I contacted now the support..
