cant change songs while in a run or exercise

why cant my fitbit switch screens while in a workout or a hike or a run, i want to be able to change songs while in a workout, it seems to be common sense, but not available, does anyone know whether this is true or am i missing some key info on how to change songs while ina workout

i literally figured this out one second after i posted this issue, lol, all you have to do is choose your workout and start the workout or you dont even have to start the workout , it doesnt matter, just double click quickly the left side button and boom you can change or pause songs, and to return to workout screen you just click the left side once more, have a goodnight, and hope this helps anyone with the same problem
