HI, had my fitbit surge since May 2017, worked perfectly, loved it, but I have not been able to sync it since Sunday, as my computer can't find it. Have tried all the trouble shooting steps on the web site but still no joy. Any advise would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the Surge using the following procedure?
If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Thank you so much, did try that once but it didn't work, now seems to have worked when I tried again, thank you.
