my surge won't sync

Try restarting it using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

Give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work.

 

If it still won't sync then let us some more info:

 

- what are you syncing to?

- what have you tried so far?

- are you getting any error messages?

Additional to the great suggestion of @SteveH I recommend to take a look at this other post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Here you will find different tips for syncing issues on different platforms although it would be good to know where are you trying to sync.
