Hi can anyone help i received my replacement surge after chatting with Farah last week, had it connected through usb on powerboard charged ok was able to connect to my phone, it showed it had charged unfortunetly when i took it off charge it didn't stay on i then saw it had said i needed to connect it to my pc which i have done but now get the beep like sound as if its trying to connect/install thing it does not vibrate and in the dark i can see the green flash on the back also when it makes the beep like sound. So frustrating i just want to wear my watch

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hi Wendy i have done the restart many times, i even changed usb slots on the pc and swapped charging cords if i plug it into usb on power board it seems to charge but once i disconnect it it turns off and won't turn back on. no green lights at the back.
I set it up via the fitbit app on my phone it did have to wait until it had enough battery to sync.
I can't remember how i got on to chat with Farah from Fitbit as we i go to support it says to twitter, email, community or troubleshot
