I bought a surge recently (<2 months) and I have a big scratch on the screen already. I have only used it for treadmill or outside run. Has anyone experienced this? I am bummed and the scratch is quite annoying. I'd appreciate if someone can help me get rid of this scratch.
Thanks in advance...
Best AnswerWelcome to the Forums @AnuragB! Fitbit Surge screens is made of gorilla glass which it protects better the screen. If it has a scratch, there's no way to remove it. I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. I know that they're always happy to listen to your experience and provide different options for you, if needed!

@SunsetRunner I realise this is the Surge Forum but to keep the post going I had no problems with the Surge scratching over 15 months but I now have a 1/4" scratch on the Blaze screen after 1 month... It doesn't affect me, but now I'm wearing a sweat band over the Blaze when I'm doing heavy gardening/pruning type activities.. It probably helps me with accuracy.
Wonderful product..
