I have a surge and have done, it seems, nearly everything to try and get it to synch with my iPhone. The watch suddenly changed the time the other day and since then I have had issues, I did notice the other day when training that it would get to about 3 mins (into the run) and then it would restart itself......so, all in all, its going haywire! Help please!

It's pretty odd that your Surge has stopped syncing all of the sudden. Did you do any update recently? Please check that your iPhone and Fitbit App are up to date. Make sure that your phone meets all the requirement to connect properly.
After doing so, I'd suggest this syncing steps to help your little buddy to communicate again with your phone! I'd like to know which model of phone are you using?
