Good Morning my fitbit is not connecting bluetooth. Is there another way to connect

Thanks for placing your questions here. Your tracker needs to connect via Bluetooth with your device or computer, check the requirements to connect with Fitbit. You can check if your mobile device it is listed on the official list of compatible devices that connects with Fitbit products.  If  your phone is not there you might  have the option download the Fitbit App, but Fitbit can not assure that all the features will work flawless because the device is not totally compatible. Smiley Indifferent

 

If your mobile device is listed there you can follow these steps to sync with your mobile device. In case that you don't have a compatible mobile device you can use a computer too.
