Hey there @saeednazila. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂

MultiSport in the Surge will apply to any other sport that is not listed and will give you general stats for your activity. For example, if there is not a specific activity for Zumba, you can use MultiSport to track that activity and you will see general stats for it.

Hey there @saeednazila. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not recording your steps accurately but I would recommend first, trying to restart it. A restart will make every setting in the tracker to work as it should again. For that, please press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and it should reboot itself automatically.

After that, try it out and see how it goes!

Hi,
Thank you for your quick reply. I have already restart and poped in the shop where I bought it and they showed me how to restart but unfortunately it did not help. Can you please let me know what is the next step?
Regards,
Saeed

Oh, I see @saeednazila. Thanks for getting back!

I would say in  that case that if after restarting your tracker, you notice i'ts not being accurate, you can get in touch with the Support Team. They will be able to look into your case and see what is exactly going on and get you back on track.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
