Surge displaying fitbit logo and wont move on

i am having the same problem, can not scroll pass the run icon. Main displays works fine (step counter, heart rate, gps...etc..etc) I would like to get to the other feature icon (spinning, weights, yoga, spinning..etc..etc). Any help would be great.

Hmmm, sounds like you simply need to scroll to the "Exercise" menu, select it, and then scroll through those options.

Shipo....thanks for the quick reply. I wish it was that easy. I am stuck in the run mode nor can i scroll or cycle through to any different options. I can use the buttons to activate the different features of the run options and of course return to the home display...but advancing to other options other than run? No can do.

@allblacks64.676, are you saying you cannot swipe the screen sideways when you see the Running Shoe icon with "Run" below it?

No the screen is stuck on the fitbit logo it wont do anything

@shipo Exactly that...can NOT swipe past the Running Shoe. GPS on the Running shoe works....starting the work out works, but can not advance to anything else.
