Try restarting it using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work first time

Welcome to the Forums @fit49! Besides trying @SteveH's instructions, you can also make sure your Surge is taking the charge properly. Here are some instructions you may find useful. 

 

- Make sure your computer is On. 

- Check if you get the battery icon on your tracker while it charges. 

- Try different USB ports.
