Hello
10 days ago I sat in the sun with my surge on and it put itself out. I reloaded it but that was not necessary
but now it runs 30 minutes behind an I already put it out and reloaded my mobile Phone, But that does not help. Who can help me with this issue ?

Go into settings on your Dashboard. Change it to a different time zone. Sync it
Then Do a Restart

Go back into settings and change it to the correct time zone and sync again

Hi I cannot sync instad there is a button for my account. I re-installed the program on my Phone and I re-started my watch but it does not help. An then I cannot do something with the help answer on the previous problem of the walking behind. Can somebody help me ?

Hi I had the same problem. I let the surge go totally empty, the took 5 days, and tham relaoded I the surge. Than it was good.
