hi

i am on my second surge this one lasted couple of months before  strap started coming away from the watch same as last time. 

question is do i get another one for it to happen or do u get another model. would like the iconic but seems a lot of money that i have to spend when not my fault

@nancytyler ebay and Amazon sell after market bands for the Surge. YouTube has helpful "How To" video's. If you're interested in another Fitbit then check out the forum for that Fitbit to see what other users think. Good luck.
