I take tons of steps, I go for miles.... I would like to see the gps when possible just to see the weird patterns that get made by fencing on different strips.   We have 14meters of strip to back and forth on.. it really adds up.   I used Martial Arts this morning and tho it showed that I took 11,000 steps, it didn't give me steps as I was practicing and I got no mileage out of it.

I want steps, distance and gps...as well as the heart rate of course

 thanks

Im not sure but I use Workout mode a lot. Distance is on my dashboard. But most the things i do distance isn't involved.

Its worth a try to see if it picks Distance up since you are covering some.

It is the only one that can be renamed after it sync's. But if Fencing isn't listed you can set up a custom one to rename to

I guess I am going to go with Golf... I never golf and it seems to have the stuff I am interested in.

it would be great if we could rename them. or create custom screens and features. this'll do tho! this'll do

Foil fencer here. This is years after your post, but I’d like to know if using golfing for fencing helped or you came up with another workaround.

Of course now in pandemic times it’s all just footwork drills on Zoom. 😞
