will not sync

My surge will not sync. I have gone through all the steps multiple times and it will not sync...hasn't since  very soon after I bought it. sooooooo frustrating. I even have it connected to my computer with the website/dashboard open and still no data. WTF!!!

Can I just check that one of the things you tried was this restart procedure:

This is usually the best chance to fixing syncing issues but can take 3 or more tries before it works.
