Anyone use the Morpheus HRV and the Morpheus app? The app uses the Fitbit sleep and steps. I keep getting an error message in the Morpheus app. They say it’s a Fitbit issue, anyone see the problem?

I'd like to take a closer look at what could be happening. Could you take a screen shot of the error message that you get? That'd let me better understand the situation.
Additionally., the Morhpeus app is not currently listed as a compatible app so it might be that Morpheus created the connection and something is wrong there.

Please try to remove the connection between the two and then try to connect them once again. That should definitely help.
If that doesn't work, please try to contact Morpheus directly and I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

This is still an issue that I have been working with the Morpheus folks on. At best it gets stuck trying reauthenticate the integration on a white screen or the spinning Fitbit dots. At worst causes a force auto close of the app and then the only option is to reinstall under a be account that doesn't know to look for a Fitbit sign in. I am wondering if it is related to using Google\facebook sign in vs Fitbit.
