Alexa - Versa2 Longevity w/Google Takeover

The Versa2 is on my Christmas List...  My main reason for upgrading is because of the Alexa integration. Will this stay with the take over of Google?  Will it merge to Google Home?

Hi @Jea9Leary  right now, no one really has that answer. I doubt Google would have all the answers right now and if they did, they wouldn't share them. Until the acquisition is complete, we have no way of knowing what will happen. It would make sense to ultimately incorporate Google Home with a Fitbit series in the future, but there is also room for Alexa for now. It will be months before the final legalities are completed and the signatures are on the dotted line. Get your Versa 2 now and enjoy!
