Swim won’t upload/sync on training peaks app

Hi, run and bike automatically sync after workout to training peaks for a coach but swim did not, any suggestions, please?

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to make sure that you have properly set swim activity and that you have it to be detected automatically and then it should sync after you've finished it. 

 

Also, you can try restarting your Ionic and track another swim activity.

I'm having the same issue, run and bike upload automatically to training peaks but swim wont. I have tried to reset my Fitbit and logout and back into training peaks but no luck.  Any other ideas to try?

I would like you to contact Training Peaks app directly to ask for further assistance, since it's only the swimming exercise that's not syncing. You can learn more about Fitbit open API in the FAQ.
