Alexa only reports 4 - 5 hours sleep ?

On the App & Dashboard shows the right amount of time but when I ask Alexa to check my sleep reports only 4 - 5 hours ?

Also I have to open the App to sync even though "All-Day Sync" is enabled, not really much point using Alexa with this at the moment. Any suggestions ?

@espr3ss0 It's great to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned.

It's pretty weird that Alexa is telling you less hours than what you have on your Fitbit Dashboard. I would like you to log out from the Fitbit app and force quit it. After this, remove your Fitbit Skill for Alexa and set it up again

Let me know how it goes.

I tried and no change.

About the all-day sync, shouldn't this sync when the app is closed ? Or even if open.

@espr3ss0 Thanks for getting back.

Yes, your Fitbit app should sync even when the app isn't open if you have the all-day sync option on. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
