Alta HR data not displaying in runkeeper mobile app

Hello,

I have completed the steps to send my Alta HR data to runkeeper.  While it shows connected when logged into the runkeeper account, no data appears in the runkeeper mobile app and cannot be viewed by my friends.  Please assist.
