After migrating to Google, the data export does NOT have the option to create a .CVS file of daily Weight, Food, Steps, Activity, and Sleep data within a specified date range.
For (many) years, I used the export option to capture daily detail in a spreadsheet for a specified timeframe.
The export function now invokes a Google export, called Google Takeout. There are no options to specify what data or what timeline is to be exported.
The output from a Google Takeout does NOT have the same data as the Fitbit export. Instead a .zip file containing 49 some-odd folders, one of which is labeled Fitbit. This folder has several spreadsheets each reporting annual summaries of the oddest fields. Worthless data at best.
