App not syncing with Weight Watchers app

Hello - the Fitbit app stopped working as of yesterday 9/1. All my exercise data before yesterday is missing. I only see steps. None of the logged exercise  is there.  The app no longer syncs to my weight watchers app either.

I have force quit both apps, revoked and re-established access to both apps and tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. 

Has this issue been identified and is there a resolution coming??

Have had no previous issues with syncing to all of the different fotbit products I have had in the past with the ww app.

I have changed now to my Google account and unable to sync fitbit app with ww app. (My inspire 3 HR syncing with fitbit app mo problem).

I have completed all of the trouble shooting advice - Disconnecting link between apps. I have also disconnected and signed out of rhw apps before re linking, but this has not worked either. 

PLEASE HELP!

My Charge 6 hasn't synced since September 1 as well, and old data not showing. I use the Weight Watchers app. I hope they find a solution soon! I do know several other health apps aren't syncing with Fitbit either.

Sept 1 it was nt even synching with my iPhone. It took me over two hours to get it fixed (had to restart my Fitbit while on The charging cable) it is still synchronizes with Humana’s go365 🤞
I hope tomorrow we find it working again with WW app - I need this extra points from my steps!

same here!  abd it won't sync to my weight watchers app either.  whats weird, is my Inspire 3 device has almost 1000 less steps recorded than what it says on my fit bit app

Stopped working yesterday for me as well. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - nothing works. It worked so well for YEARS until now. It stlll connects and feeds other apps, like UHC, but not WW. Very frustrating!

It synched this morning but would not update yesterday’s steps… I’m hoping it will start working properly soon … I tried everything in my end - spent way too much time trying to fix it

I am having the same issue and wondered if it was a Weight Watchers issue. I have been in contact with them and have not gotten resolution. I am now wondering if it is more of a Fitbit issue. Hopefully someone at either Fitbit/WW helps soon.

Since doing an update on my luxe I am having trouble syncing my steps and exercise to my weight watchers app. I have disconnected and reconnected apps ..... any ideas?

I just logged the issue with WW - they apologized and assured me they are working with Fitbit to resolve the syncing issue. Good to know its a priority!

It started tracking this morning and when I. Checked now it disappeared again to zero steps! WTH?

Same issue. Lost all of last week's data, it just zeroed out all activity. I am using Google Fit as a workaround. Fit will link to Fitbit and link Fit to WW. Not perfect but it works

One last note. You have to connect to Health Connect to get Fitbit and Google Fit to communicate. heres the link
