App not syncing with Weight Watchers app

Hello - the Fitbit app stopped working as of yesterday 9/1. All my exercise data before yesterday is missing. I only see steps. None of the logged exercise  is there.  The app no longer syncs to my weight watchers app either.

I have force quit both apps, revoked and re-established access to both apps and tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. 

Has this issue been identified and is there a resolution coming??

Any updates?? Still not working.  Tired of having no weeklies added to my WW because I’ll add exercise and next day, it will be gone. Steps aren’t correct.   Is not keeping ANY activity.  It’s been a week now.

It was working for. Few days. Then today it would t synch with my phone but I got that fixed by restarting the Fitbit . Synching with WW ok Now.

I’ve done that twice now. Will work awhile and then stop again.

It looks like the same problem is happening again. The syncing worked first thing this morning but has not worked since.

Just got off a chat with fitbit, not one mention that they know this is an issue and when she couldn't  fix it sent me to WW

that is odd!  I swear Fitbit replied to one of these streams saying they were working with WW on this.  *sigh*  mine is still a little wonky but working for the most part.

It is odd. My morning activity on Saturday and Sunday synched to the WW app but my activity the rest of the day does not show up.

That is ridiculous! What would WW have to do with activity disappearing off Fitbit???!?

Mine has started syncing again but now I am not getting the same amount of points for the same workouts as I was. 😡

My Versa 2 quit syncing 9/1 so I'm not longer getting activity points...so frustrating.  I hope issue is fixed soon.

It looks like my activity is back on Fitbit but my activity points on WW is all off. I only have 48 and usually have almost 100 by now.

Same. It’s syncing again but I am getting less points for the same exercise/activity than I was before this issue.

Mine just started syncing again today, but yesterday my steps were the same on everyday.  Super wonky.

Ya, it’s logging steps but not activity on WW. Says trouble syncing. So irritating. I’m getting no extra activity points for two weeks now.

It’s beyond frustrating! Mine has been syncing for the last week or so but I get the same points value regardless of activity. Which obviously is wrong and wasn’t the case a few weeks ago.

Has this issue been resolved?  This is very frustrating.   It seemed like it happened when I changed my fitbit to Google.

Apparently not.  I unlinked both, reinstalled both apps ad restarted everything Monday. It tracked to WW THAT DAY, but only one day.  Nothing else going from FitBit to WW. I am not reinstalling eveything every day.  No help from either side. 😢
