Barcodes app on the Versa

Has anyone had goodluck getting barcodes scans off of the versa?

I tried it with one barcode for my gym and it didn't work, attempted to switch out the barcode type, still no luck.

 

Any tips on how to use it?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the barcodes, could you please confirm if you're using any specific application? Or if you're referring to having the possibility to scan foods using the Versa? 

 

Currently there's an option to scan food using the Fitbit app, and it's available with the Fitbit app for iOS, Android, and Windows 10. You can find all the details here.
