Can't get Renpho to sync with Fitbit

I am hoping for help in getting my Renpho Health app to sync with my Fitbit account.  I am successfully logged into both accounts, and have paired the two accounts. Here is what happens.  Within the Renpho app, I click on “start the synchronization” at the screen below.

 Afterwards, the following screen appears.

At this screen, I check “allow all” and then I click on “Allow.”

Here’s where the problem happens. Instead of starting the synchronization, the initial screen above (“start the synchronization”) just pops up again.  I have tried countless times to “start the synchronization” but alas, the same vicious cycle keeps happening over and over (I click on “start the synchronization;” at the next screen, I check “allow all” and then click on “Allow”; and each time, the “start the synchronization” screen reappears.).

I should add that within the Fitbit app, the following image seems to confirm that my Renpho account is successfully connected with my Fitbit account.

But despite this, I can’t get the synchronization to work.  And, I have disconnected and reconnected both apps several times as well as deleted both apps and reinstalled them.  All to no avail.  Any help/insight would be appreciated.

@pegstar   I moved your post to the Third-party integration forum, a better fit for this issue.

Same, I just got the new pixel watch 4 and the 6 month free subscription to fitbit. And I use a weighing scale and a Bluetooth measuring tape from Renpho

But given these lacking integrations, I'll for sure not pay for it when the trial expires.

I had paid for fitbit premium in the past and I just find it unbelievable that it still sucks so much.

From Fitbits side, the best we can say is to revoke access to Renpho, then through Renpho reconnect.

If the revoke/reconnect fails, reach out to Renpho since they are the managers of this connection.
