I recommend revoking the access to Facebook from your Fitbit.com dashboard by going to settings, select the Applications tab and click on Revoke Access. Here is a picture for better undestanding:
After doing this try to reconnect your Facebook account with Fitbit.
I'll also sugest trying IFTTT to share your activities to Third Party Apps.
