Cannot Sync with Runcobo Scale

Hi,

When I first got the Runcobo scale and allowed it to connect to Fitbit - I used to see my weight etc adjusting in the fitbit app each time I weighed myself.

For some reason the "syncing" between Runcobo and Fitbit has ceased.

When I check app connections - Runcobo is there, and if I look in the Runcobo app it says it is connected to fitbit..... so what gives.

This has been going on for many weeks - and I thought maybe a temporary glitch due to a software update - but now its getting annoying and I would like them to talk to one another again.

Anyone any ideas?

The only steps we can suggest is to revoke access and re-link. 

If this fails the next step is to reach out to Runcobo snide they handle this syncing of the scales data.

I have revoked access and relinked a zillion times. It seems like it works for a couple of days afterward, then it stops again. The Runcobo website shows it's still linked, but it doesn't actually sync.
