Sadly I cracked the face on my beloved Versa 2 that I had for almost 5 years. My father gave me his old Versa 2, but I have not had any success getting the Bitmoji clock face to work. I have followed all the steps under "Use Bitmoji on Snapchat" (https://support.bitmoji.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001476203-Use-Bitmoji-on-Snapchat) and Set Up Bitmoji for Fitbit (https://support.bitmoji.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027795111-Set-Up-Bitmoji-for-Fitbit), but my problem is that when I go into Settings to "Snapchat - Connect" and authorize this connection, it just takes me back to the Settings screen again with a prompt to "Connect." I end up in an infinite loop.
I have looked at various forum topics, deleted and reinstalled Snapchat and Bitmoji, cleared the cache for both apps, delinked Snapchat and Bitmoji before reconnecting - all to no avail.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?
