Cannot connect charge HR to Walgreens Balance reward program

I had my prior fitbit flex connected to the balance reward program - when I disconnected it and tried to connect charge HR - it is not connecting.

 

Did anyone have a similar issue? Is there any solution?

Hi there @Fitnessgirl2014 good to see you around. When is about third party integrations, is not the tracker you link but your account. So is just matter to link your tracker to your account so everything works as it was before with your Flex. 

 

However if the integration is not working I recommend to revoke the access from your Application page and try to integrate again following the instructions provided by Walgreens to connect your account to Fitbit. If you need more information refers to @Jim_M's post to Integrate Walgreens
