Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help? I have been using fitbit for weeks without issue, but last night when I went running Not only was I unable to sync with strava afterwards, but I also had less information logged under my fitbit run (only heart rate, calories, impact logged) and no map...
Does anyone have any idea what went wrong or seen similar issues?
Thanks!
Jane

Best AnswerThanks for your responses. Turns out my Fitbit Surge was faulty and it has been replaced by Fitbit. I can now see all the info again as expected with my replacement Surge. 🙂

@Janey7 It's nice to have you here! If it's not syncing to Strava, you may want to unlink and relink both accounts to get it syncing again. The reason why you weren't seeing the map in your detailed activity is because your Charge HR doesn't have a GPS. When you're tracking an activity with a Surge or your mobile app then it will show the map.
Hope this helps.
