My company has launched a company wide step challenge and is using Challenge Runner. I was not able to authorize my fitbit to allow them to grab my data. Any suggestions?

What message did you receive? Password/authorization failed?
My initial authorization failed but I see that I am logging steps now.
Sign on the challenge runner, hover above your name at the top then select profile.
Does it ask you to authorize there?

I was able to authorize and according to instructions provided, I was to be directed to fitbit website to allow challenge runner to grab data. Never got to this step. However, it may be working now (still waiting to see)
