What message did you receive? Password/authorization failed?
My initial authorization failed but I see that I am logging steps now.
Sign on the challenge runner, hover above your name at the top then select profile.
Does it ask you to authorize there?
Best AnswerI was able to authorize and according to instructions provided, I was to be directed to fitbit website to allow challenge runner to grab data. Never got to this step. However, it may be working now (still waiting to see)
