Does anyone else have issues getting their Fit Bit app to sync with the Challenge Runner app? Support from Challenge Runner said it is strictly a Fit Bit problem, and they cannot do anything about it.

I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.

 

Also if you want you can add a Feature Suggestion so our team can consider it for future developments.

 

Or if you'd like to contact our Support Team or the third party customer service for more information.
