Hi, does anyone use the Pact app for their workout committments. I have been and the Pact only syncs steps with Fitbit - so if you do a 30 - 45 workout which is permissible under the 'Pact' it doesnt sync and the Pact doesnt show completed.
Pact has suggested that I use Runkeeper to track any activities other than steps if i want them to be auto -synced with the Pact App. Just wondering if Fitbit can do something about this? I am more of a one App person - and love my Charge 2 - dont want to multi-track with Fitbit and Runkeeper etc.

Hello @SmitaS when i go to
https://www.fitbit.com/partnership/detail?id=28
It looks as if it should sync your workouts of at least 30 minutes or 10,000 steps.
My suggestion would be to get PACT to get in touch with Fitbit. The fix for this problem has to start with the 3rd party app, in this case it is PACT. Fitbit will be more than happy to help PACT in getting this resolved.

@Rich_Laue Thanks! I have written to Pact several times over the past few weeks to correct the workouts added to my Pact - sent them screenshots etc. or my workouts and pointed out this issue- but it seems they are not considering improving their FitBit integration anytime soon! Looks like things are just like this for the time being...

I'll see if my Fitbit gontacts csn do something.
Fitbit does sync with Runkerper but it is only steps.
I noticed that for activities to sunc to Strava, the user needs to be using the connected GPS.
You dont say how you are recording your activity, but if your not, please try with GPS.

Fitbit provides a free and open API for 3rd party app developers to utilize to integrate your Fitbit stats with their apps. Fitbit does not in any way work on the integration. It is up to the 3rd party app developer to determine what they will and will not allow into their app and vice versa. If you are not getting any assistance from them it is because they have decided this is how they want the integration to work. Sometimes you can get around this by connecting your Fitbit account to another app that also integrates with them, but I have no info on what apps they integrate with.
