My charge 2 syncs with spark people but only as "all day activity" and the calories burned are WAY off. It used to sync all day activity and any exercise activity. Now it only reads "all day activity". Today it read 739 calories burned as all day activity on spark people. Charge 2 reads 1724 calories. I burned 303 walking. (the distance is off too. I posted that in another thread). Last firmware update seems to have messed things up. I did try reauthorizing with spark people and it didn't work. I have had to manually adjust spark people fitness since the last update of my fitbit.

Hello @shinealite, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! The Fitbit update should not have a negative impact on the results of this integration. I saw you have tried to reauthorized the integration with Sparkpeople already, which is the best to try on this situations.
It's important to keep in mind which information syncs Sparkpeople with your Fitbit account, since this play an important role at the moment to use other integrations:
What syncs? |
---|
Fitbit > Steps > SparkPeople |
Fitbit > Distance > SparkPeople |
Fitbit > Calories > SparkPeople |
Fitbit > Sleep > SparkPeople |
Fitbit > Weight (including Aria) > SparkPeople |
SparkPeople > Food > Fitbit |
Why don't you try is to revoke the access again and start from scratch.
- Go to your Fitbit.com Dashboard, click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Applications" on the left side of your screen, and then click on "Revoke Access".
- Once you've done the above wait at least 15 minutes and go to http://www.sparkpeople.com/.
- Click the Connect Accounts button. You’re returned to the Fitbit Settings page on the SparkPeople site.
- At the bottom, adjust your settings as desired.
If this is not working and the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to their Support Team directly for more help. Note that we do not own the integration and we cannot control how your Fitbit data is sync with third party apps.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have additional questions.
