Charge 2 won't sync with iPhone 6

Just picked up a charge 2, won't sync to My Fitness Pal or my Carrot app. Says it is activated, shows up in both apps, but my steps won't show up in either app. Have tried revoking access, rebooting my phone and signing in and out of apps. My phone is up to date with all updates, no other devices hooked up on blue tooth, help !!

Hello @McNegrin, welcome aboard to the Fitbit  Community. Keep in mind, that your tracker won't sync with third party apps. It will sync with your Fitbit account and your Fitbit Dashboard will share your data to other integrations you have connected on your Fitbit account depending of the data is accepted, since not all the information is shared across third party apps.

 

With Carrot app, doesn't figure as a supported integrations, so we do not have information of the data it will pick up from your Fitbit Dashboard. In this case my recommendation is to contact them directly to learn more of which information will sync from your Fitbit Dashboard.

 

In the case of MFP since this is a supported integration, you can connect your tracker directly on MFP so it recognized from which devices are coming your steps. For more details about this please review the following post.
