Hello,

 

Trying to link my new Charge 4 to my Map my Run app. I'm logged in to Map my Run with the app open and in the Apps and Devices section. Under 'Workout Trackers' and then 'Heart Rate' I scan for my fitbit and it finds the charge 4 and then I click to try and connect and it says sensor not supported. What gives?

Fitbit trackers can not broadcast HR data to your phone. The integration between Fitbit and Map My run is done at app level i.e. you track your session with your Charge 4 -> it syncs with Fitbit.com -> it is then transferred to MapMyRun.
