Charge 4 not syncing to Strava

I have been trying to link Fitbit to Strava for a week and it's still not working. All looks ok and I can revoke access and redo everything but nothing is syncing. I do see my activities on Fitbit but they don't appear on Strava. I am using it gps on and no double recording. Not so sure what else I can do. I am so annoyed and about to send this tracker back if this doesn't get resolved.

Hi @IpekC only gps recorded runs and bike rides will sync to Strava. Do you see maps in the Fitbit app?

And the exercises in question are recorded as runs or bike rides?
