Upgraded from an Ultra to a Charge. Everything seems to be great except that Lose It! will no longer sync my food log to my Fitbit account. I tried disconnecting the accounts and reconnecting them like I was doing it from scratch, and even that didn't work. I know it was working before -- even when I wasn't even using the Ultra and its battery was dead, Lose It data was still making it to Fitbit, but somehow now, it has lost the connection for food. Weirdly, it almost looks like the data from the Charge can get to Lose It, the food from Lose It just can't get back to my Fitbit account. The only thing that's changed is the tracker! Any ideas?

I would say changing trackers is just a coincidence. If your Fitbit data is getting over, there might be an issue on Lose It's end. Have you asked over there?

I have been having the same food/calories eaten sync issue since mid to late day Thursday, except I haven't changed trackers (have the One). The feed between Fitbit and LoseIt just stopped completely in regards to food/calories eaten, but still works for calories burned. Hopefully someone can fix the issue for us soon as I want to ensure I am eating the correct amount of calories and I want my weekly Fitbit report to be correct tomorrow.

I am having the same issues. Up until 12/4/14, my Fitbit Charge and Lose It were syncing just fine. Now, neither the Fitbit app or website can see my food listed or calories consumed. Thursday the 4th was the last day they "talked" to each other. Please fix this ASAP!!
