Is FB Versa Lite no longer compatable with Dexcom G6?

Hi @Tldogg - I googled “Dexcom G6.“. It seems to be a system, not a specific phone. Which phone do you have? You can check the list of compatible devices here and required OS here. Why do you ask? Is the compatibility problem new?

Not a phone issue, a FitBit issue.  My FitBit Versa Lite used to get my glucose readings on the display but no longer works.  I know Dexcom just upgraded to G6 so this is why I am asking.

Thanks for explaining, @Tldogg - My suggestion is to contact Dexcom. They may have changed their requirements for communicating with Fitbit. Wish I could offer more. When a third party app won’t work properly, it is up to that company to adjust to Fitbit. 

 

I’m moving your post to Third Party Integrations. You may get better suggestions there.

I did, no help other than to say they updated the platform. Fitbit is no
longer listed as a compatible device.
