How do I authorize myfitnesspal to interact with my Fitbit acc't? It is not showing up under applications in my Fitbit acc't. Thanks!

Ive moved this to the third party apps, in that the question is not tracker or phone related.

I believe it can also be done through the MyFitnessPal app.
