I believe all app linkage with Apple Health is on hold until Apple fixes a bug.

This app is supposed to work well for iHealth and the FitBit. http://syncsolver.com/

 

(I am not affiliated with the app or creator in any way, and I do not own an iPhone, so your mileage may vary.)
