Hi All,

 

I am new to this forum but been a Fitbit customer for the last 3 years.  I saw on this forum the same problem I am having reported multiple times where FitBit GPS activities no longer sync to Strava since around beginning of Nov 2022.  This was working flawlessly for years and now it doesnt work for a month.

 

Like others here I have opened mutiple cases with Strava and they continue to say they cant help and they dont see any data coming from FitBit. Again today my chat with Fitbit support was pointless they continue to blame Strava or my phone or the app is going to be updated.

 

Today I demanded a supervisor to talk to so I can explain this and find out who runs the data push service and they gave me this number (which is NOT listed anywhere on the customer support page).

 

So I am sharing it here in hopes that if we all call in they have to fix this.  Let's Go....!

After enough of pestering, some of us were eventually told they are aware of the issue and working on it.

I asked them to confirm this publicly in forums and they didn't so possibly they just lied to get rid of me.

This was almost month ago.

@marcin84 Sense HR was also "know issue and working for it" and they probably "working" on it until now. It's just one of standard responses CS gives (alongside with "escalating your case").

well seems they edited my original post and removed the call in phone number.

 

I have 3 emails in a row from diffferent support people just using the standard "revoke and reconnect" steps like a robot.

 

the only thing I am glad about is that its not only me and there's nothing else I need to change except maybe dump Fitbit after 3 years and get something else that works like it should with better support.  Might be time to just consolidate my devices and get a garmin watch.
