@SJP8 A warm welcome to the Community! Currently, Cubii isn't a supported app yet. However, you can post this in our Ideas Board because those suggestions are viewed directly by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.
Thanks for posting your idea .

I've started to see steps being added for my Cubii but it doesn't match what is on their app. Are there any tips to ensure that this is syncing correctly?

@Sue_M Welcome to the Fitbit Family! It's great that you started seeing steps in Cubii. However, since it's not a supported app yet. I can't confirm that the information that you're getting it's completely accurate. You may want to contact Cubii directly so they can give you more information about it.
Additionally, you may want to check the list of supported apps. We have many integrations that will help you enjoying your Fitbit and other features :).
Keep me posted.

If you are trying to figure out when your Cubii activity will show up on your personal Fitbit Total, it updates every 30 or so minutes. However, your personal Fitbit Total and your Fitbit Total as shown on the Community and Challenge boards are two different things.
An Ankle Holder for a FitBit ONE is the real solution to getting your Cubii activity to show up on Challenge and Community boards. The trick to getting your Cubii activity to count to FitBit Challenges is a matter of hardware, not software.
The FitBit Software mandates that ONLY activity from a FitBit device counts towards the Challenges and Community Boards. This makes sense since otherwise competitors would simply enter their steps manually and potentially lie to win the competition. Unfortunately, the Cubii connection to FitBit is more or less a matter of the Cubii manually entering this activity every 1/2 hour. The data may be entered by a machine as opposed to a human, but it's not a FitBit machine, so FitBit software does not trust in for Challenges and Community totals.
The way around this software roadblock to your Cubii activity counting in a FitBit Challenge and Community is to get an Ankle Holder for a FitBit ONE. Thus, the Cubii activity is recorded by an FitBit device and counts towards the FitBit Challenge.
A company named Step Counter makes ankle holders for the FitBit ONE that they sell on Amazon.
